Elliot Caldwell has over 20 years experience in property Fund Management. From 2007 until 2009 Elliot was the CEO of Colliers Capital Ltd, the FSA regulated Fund Management subsidiary of Colliers CRE where he was responsible for the discretionary management of over £450m in segregated accounts and pooled property vehicles. Prior to Colliers Capital, Elliot was at ING REIM UK Ltd for 13 years, latterly as Senior Director and Head of Retail Pooled Funds, a new business line which grew from zero to in excess of $1bn of property under management while under his control.

Elliot has experience launching and managing both commercial and residential Funds. He was responsible for the launch of the BH & S Residential Fund in 1999, one of the first institutional residential funds in the UK market. This was followed by the launch of the £100m ING UK Residential Fund in 2002. Elliot worked as an adviser to the Investment Property Databank on the launch of the IPD Residential Index and was also an adviser to the British Property Federation in the promotion of the UK residential property as an asset class. In the commercial property sector Elliot has run a variety of funds from income strategies to opportunistic vehicles. While Head of Retail Investor Products at ING REIM he led the launch of the £450m Skandia Property Fund, an open ended Authorised Property Unit Trust and was Founding Fund Manager of the £500m ING Real Estate Income Trust which listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2005. Elliot is a Chartered Surveyor.
