Hayden also established London and Regent International. Working alongside a leading institutional property manager, London and Regent are looking to launch an investment property fund leveraging off EPGI’s significant deal-flow pipeline. The Fund would be the first UK vehicle to focus on the design and build opportunity to create a portfolio of residential units designed exclusively for the rental market.
