40 acres development site the largest strategic development on the island with Urbanization Consent for 22 No. 3/4 luxury villas, all with pools, terraces and landscaped gardens ( UK equivalent of outline planning approval). EPGI assembled the site from multiple ownership, and drove the Planning consent process.
- GDV for the houses 26 million euros
- Land for 44 No. 2/3 bed apartments GDV 30 million euros and still acquiring neighbouring land
