Gateway Project Services is a property development consultancy whose mission is to successfully deliver every aspect of the development process on behalf of its clients.

Primarily, the team lead development projects from inception to completion, playing an active role in each stage of the development process, tailoring our services to individual client’s requirements.

Amongst services are the development appraisal and site acquisition, advice on development options and the preparation of feasibility studies, selection and appointment of the professional team, defining cost, program, and outturn objectives, managing the planning process, managing the design and procurement, managing the construction, handover process, and maintenance regimes; and providing troubleshooting throughout, to resolve technical, commercial or progress difficulties
