EPGI is developing a new luxury 5-star hotel resort with serviced villas in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca, Spain. The 40 acre development site is the largest strategic development on the island with Urbanization Consent for luxury villas, all with pools, terraces and landscaped gardens. EPGI assembled the site from multiple ownership, and drove the Planning consent process.

Circa 110,000m² high end resort hotel, residential, commercial and retail complex with a range of accommodation including penthouses - the majority with either gardens or roof terraces - and situated around a lush landscape with fantastic pools and sports facilities.
